The two most traumatic parts of giving birth: 1) an IV in my hand for 24hrs+ that I had to hide from myself w a cut-up sock and 2) being left alone w a baby to learn breastfeeding (not pleasant nor intuitive). Also note my flattering compression socks in the background - why the F do I still look pregnant after this ordeal?
