Well, one of them at least is Chinese egg custard, and the building right next to my apartment building houses an egg custard store. Totally devoted to egg custard. They bake them all day long so they are WARM when you get them. So much butter that in just the 2 minutes it took me to climb the 5 flights of steps to my apt the white paper bag had a transparent circle in it.
Best thing: one custard is $3.8HKD - FIFTY CENTS!
